5:2 fastetid igen

Efter en lang periode uden fasten, var det tid til at begynde igen.

Denne gang prøver jeg at undgå al mad, da jeg ikke gider tælle kcal på fastedage, så alle kcal vil kommer igennem drikkevare.Dagen var ikke slem og først om aften var sulten fremme og lokke. Sulten tabte til lidt the, vand og juice og det var nok til at lukke for lokkeriet.

Det er nu tirsdag morgen og jeg glæder mig til at spise Sushi til frokost og lægger næste fastedag onsdag.
