5:2 kuren information, opskrifter, bøger og apps

Hvem kan følge 5:2 kuren

Alle voksne over 18 år kan følge kuren. Der er dog enkelte undtagelser:

F.eks. bør gravide ikke faste, da de har brug for deres daglige kalorier. Insulinkrævende diabetes patienter bør heller ikke følge fastekuren. Personer med spiseforstyrrelser frarådes at faste, samt personer der i forvejen er undervægtige.

Tager du medicin dagligt bør du kontakte din læge før du prøver at faste, da det kan påvirke virkningen af din medicin.

Børn og teenager i voksealderen må heller ikke følge en periodisk fastekur.
